Michele Dinelli is an EU and international law and policy advisor. He has great skills in the harmonisation of foreign legislations with the EU and international law and has gained strong experience in advising non-EU Governments in the implementation of EU Association, Partnership and Cooperation Agreements.
Following some years of legal practice as an attorney at law, in 2005 he started working as an international legal advisor within EU and World Bank funded projects. Between 2009 and 2014, he was a programme manager / team leader at the European Commission in Brussels and at the EU Delegation to the Republic of Croatia, programming and monitoring the EU technical and financial assistance respectively of TAIEX and IPA 2008-2012 funds. In the EUD to Croatia he also guided the political and legislative reforms in the field of Justice that led to the EU accession of Croatia. Since 2014, he has continued working on EU funded projects as a legal and policy advisor.
